A firm favourite with naughty little (and grown-up) monkeys everywhere!
• 3 pumps Sweetbird Banana syrup
• half scoop Vanilla frappé powder
Half fill cup with ice, add syrup and top up with milk. Pour into blender and blend with the frappé powder. Pour back into glass to serve. Banana heaven.
This syrup contains banana juice, to avoid curdling when making milk drinks:
• do not heat milk to more that 65°C
• mix the banana syrup with chocolate power or sauce first to reduce acidity.
