Cultivated in Nicaragua's Central Northern mountains, where the volcanically enriched soils, high altitudes and tropical forest climate promote lush growth and slowly matured coffee beans, with fully developed, distinctive flavours.
Use a light or medium roast to enjoy this coffee's floral aromatics, sweet flavours and bright, citrus acidity. Try a slightly darker roast to bring out toasted notes and nutty undertones.
